Arvin DhansewExecutive Chef A native of Guyana, Chef Arvin Dhansew’s passion for food emerged when he first arrived in the United States. After attending the famed Culinary Institute of America, Dhansew spent the next few years honing his skills in some of New York City’s most exquisite hotels including Le Parker Meridien, the Plaza Athenee and the Loews Regency. Before joining The Rose Group in mid-2014, Chef Dhansew continued his development in the hospitality industry with Relish Caterers, bringing his fine dining approach to the catering world. Arvin received national praise as a contestant on the Food Network’s internationally syndicated cooking show, “Chopped”. Driven by a desire to consistently exceed guest expectations, Chef Dhansew creates each of his customized menus with only the highest quality, freshest ingredients available. A hallmark of his cooking style is his unwavering support of local farmers and food production inspired by his culinary idol, Thomas Keller.
