From small, intimate musical performances to dance parties featuring world-famous DJs, Guastavino's ambiance and acoustics lend themselves to the creation of unforgettable performance. Here are three of our favorites:

#3 Arcade Fire

October 4th, 2012 In 2012, Arcade Fire were on top of the indie-music world. Only a year removed from winning the Grammy Award for Album of the Year, the band joined Partners in Health for a special performance at Guastavino’s. The highlight of the performance came when the band performed the unreleased song “Crucified Again” for the very first time on U.S. soil. Fan Video of The Band's Performance of "Crucified Again":

 #2 Kanye West

May 14th, 2008 Following the release of “Graduation” in late 2007, Kanye West became arguably the biggest hip-hop artist in the world. In May of 2008, Kanye West hit the stage at Guastavino’s to perform at the 25th anniversary of Casio G-Shock. The event also included appearances by award-winning director Spike Lee and legendary artist Eric Haze. Fan Video of Kanye's Performance:

#1 Lady Gaga

December 31, 2011 On New Year's Eve 2011, Guastavino’s hosted an intimate performance with the one and only Lady Gaga. Gaga’s performance was broadcast live in Japan as part of NHK’s annual New Years Eve special “Kohaku Uta Gassen”, or the Red and White Singing Contest. That evening, Gaga performed live for her North American fans on “Dick Clarke’s Rockin’ New Years Eve,” but her mid-morning (New York time) performance at Guastavino’s is a New Years Eve memory that we will never forget.
