Jaime Vasques – Executive Chef
After 15 years as the Head Chef of the legendary Giardinetto Restaurant, Chef Jaime accepted the position as Chef De Cuisine at Café Riviera in the west village. In July 2013 he graduated from the French Culinary Institute and began working with The Rose Group. Chef Jaime’s food, attention to detail, and sincere desire to accommodate, have been praised by many leaders of the events industry in New York City.
